Thinking for a Better Future is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Newark, New Jersey, serving youth and young adults across Essex County. We are committed to reducing recidivism and breaking cycles of poverty by investing in the people most often left behind. Through mentorship, skills development, and community support, we help justice-impacted youth transition into productive, self-sufficient lives.
